You must be registered to receive all the services of the Website.
- To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. In case you do not have an account, you must register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
- The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk. You need it to know the latest status and track the history of applications.
- After selecting the desired Zone and agreeing with its rules, the license application form for holding a cultural and artistic exhibition will be displayed.
- At this stage you should fill out the relevant forms and upload the plan, documents, permits and letters of commitment. At this stage, you are also required to upload the letter of agreement of the exhibition hall.
- After confirming the entered information, click the confirm and register button.
- The information shall be referred to the cultural and artistic director of the Zone for examination, and if the plan or documents needs to be modified, the file will be returned to you for correction/s.
- If approved, the plan will be referred to the relevant authorities to make the necessary inquiries. Depending on the results of the inquiries, it may be necessary for the applicant to remedy the deficiencies. In such cases, the file will be returned to you for correction/s.
- After approval of the plan, at this stage, you can pay the exhibition licensing fee.
- After paying the fee, the exhibition license will be issued and its electronic version will be available in the system.
