Service Instructions
You must be registered to receive all the services of the website.
- To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. In case you do not have an account, you must to register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
- The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk, which you need to know for the latest status and history of applications.
- Now you should select the Zone.
- If your Zone has a payment gateway, you should first log in to the payment gateway and then perform the procedure of assigning a name.
- At this stage you should confirm the rules and it is time to fill out personal and company information form.
- The Zone expert reviews (rejects or confirms) the name.
- If approved, you can log in to your account with the National Code and the created track code and register the required information.
- Now the required payment is checked and if the Zone is equipped with a payment gateway, you may pay the fee online; otherwise you have to pay the amount in person, at the Companies Registration Office.
- After the payment step, you can send the file to the relevant expert’s folder for review.
- The file appears on two folders at the same time; the folder for temporary confirmation of company registration permit, and the other for confirmation of registered costs. (If, for any reason, either of these items is not approved by one of the two case experts, the procedure will be stopped)
- After confirming both of the above, the file enters the company registration folder and the expert examines its information. If approved at this stage, the expert invites you to visit the Companies Registration Office on a specified date, with all system documents and forms.
- At this stage, you will receive the national ID of the company and the announcement of its establishment will be sent for publication in the official gazette.
- By pressing the final button, the file will be locked and you will no longer be able to edit the information.
