Service Description

Temporary entry is related to goods which enter the Zone for a certain period of time, with the approval of the customs of the Free Zone Organization, after paying the relevant duties, and the goods must leave the Zone within the specified (or extended) period.

Service Prerequisites

  •  Registration of the order of importing goods to the Zone
  •  In-Person Receipt of the second customs code

Service Instructions

You must be registered to receive all the services of the Website.

  •  To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. In case you do not have an account, you must register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
  •  The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk. You need it to know the latest status and track the history of applications.
  •  In the new page, enter the second password that you have received in person, from the Customs of your Zone (Free Zone), by presenting your national card.
  •  From the user menu, search for the "Free Zone Tele-Declaration" option and select and approve the rules and agreement.
  •  On the next page and in the section for selecting the type of declaration, select the phrase "Temporary  Entry" from the available items.
  •  In this section, it is time to enter the number of the bill of lading. After viewing and checking the information, select the "Continue" button to go to the next step.
  •  At this stage, you must complete the required Tele-Declaration information.
  •  Select the Shima code and complete the Excel file of the value declaration.
  •  Now you should upload the required documents and confirm and send the required information.
  •  After issuance the Cottage, you can see the status of your statement in your folder.
  •  After evaluation and  expertise steps, the document will be sent to your folder for payment of the import duties.
  •  After paying import duties, the transport truck license will be issued.

More details

Note 1: In case your declaration does not have an electronic bill of lading (old non-electronic bill of lading), you must select the option "If there is no bill of lading", and after entering the electronic warehouse receipt number and selecting the desired customs, select Receipt of the Bill of Lading.


Note 2: None of the boxes in the “view bill of lading” section could be edited. (Editing is done only in the “bill of lading editing menu” and only for a limited number of times.)


Note 3: Enter number 11111111 in the field related to the electronic Packing List.


Note 4: Only the shipments whose bill of lading information, declaration information and order registration information correspond, may make declarations.


Note 5: After receiving the Cottage Number from the declaration status Section, you may view the completed customs steps, the declaration document as well as the status in each stage. The option to take turns number may also be seen on this page.


Note 6: Considering the specialized nature of goods importation field, importers usually use the skilled individuals who are referred to as “clearance agent”.


Note 7: According to the approval dated November 28, 2018, of the Government’s Economic Coordination Headquarters, the import of 3200 items of raw materials and parts to the Free Zones has been exempted from order registration. You may find ohe list of these items through this link.


Note 8: In the section for entering the unique product code, codes 11, 12, 13, 17 are related to imei goods in which the SIM card is used. Codes 1, 4, 15 and 16 are related to the car and the code 18 refers to goods that have a serial number.
