• To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. If you do not have an account, you must register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
• The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk. You need it to know the latest status and track the history of applications.
• After selecting the desired Zone and agreeing with its rules, the application form for the activity license of the cultural and artistic institute will be displayed.
• At this stage, you need to fill out the relevant form and upload the required documents, including an abstract related to the selected topic and academic background.
• After confirming the entered information, click the confirm and register button.
• Your application will be examined by the cultural and arts administration and, if necessary, by the specialized commission. If the registered information is incomplete, a request for completion and correction of the information will be sent to you.
• After the application is approved by the cultural and arts management or by the specialized commission, the necessary inquiries will be made. If there are any objections in the inquiries, the file will be returned to you to resolve the objections.
• After the inquiries reach the desired results, experts of the organization shall inspect the project site and will subsequently submit their report thereof. If there is a need for modifications to the plan or to the location, based on the inspection report, you will be notified.
• After final approval of the plan and location, it is necessary to pay the licensing fee. At this stage, the operation license of the cultural and artistic institute will be issued and it will be available in the system.
