Service Instructions

You must be registered to receive all the services of the Website.

• To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. In case you do not have an account, you must register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
• The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk. You need it to know the latest status and track the history of applications.
• After selecting the desired Zone and agreeing with its rules, the travel agency license application form is displayed.
• At this stage you must fill out the relevant form and submit the completion certificate of the travel services office in question.
• After confirming the entered information, click the confirm and register button.
• The information is referred to the tourism experts of the organization for examination and the experts shall inspect the premises and register the report thereof. If, at this stage, there are any defects in the application or objections at the project site, the project will be returned to you for correction. Otherwise you will be asked to upload additional information and documents.
• Additional documents and information will be reviewed and, if approved, your request will be forwarded to the deputy of tourism for further inquiries. By reviewing the result of inquiries, if you need to make corrections or remove defects, the application will be returned to you to apply modifications.
• After the final confirmation of the inquiries, the exploitation license of the travel agency will be issued and its electronic version will be available in the system.
