Service Instructions

• To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. In case you do not have an account, you must register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
• The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk. You need it to know the latest status and track the history of applications.
• After selecting the desired Zone and agreeing with its rules, the application form for the exploitation license of the recreation-tourism complex will be displayed.
• At this stage, you must fill out the relevant form and provide a certificate of completion of the work related to the recreation-tourism complex in question.
• After confirming the entered information, click the confirm and register button.
• The information shall be referred to the tourism experts of the organization for examination and the experts shall inspect the premises and will provide the repot thereof. If, at this stage, there are any deficiencies in the application or objections at the project site, the project will be returned to you for correction. Otherwise you will be asked to upload additional information and documents.
• Additional documents and information will be reviewed and, if approved, your request will be forwarded to the deputy of tourism for further inquiries. On reviewing the inquiries, if there is a need for corrections or removal of deficiencies, the application will be returned to you to make modification.
• After the final approval of the inquiry results, the exploitation license of the recreation-tourism complex will be issued and its electronic version will be available in the system.
